There are many ways you can help the Foundation.

For example, we are always looking for people or organisations willing to put on a Silver Sunday event for older people in the first week of  or  by helping out others who are running events.

We do not employ volunteers directly, but if you live in Westminster and want to support us, we encourage you to sign up to the Westminster City Council volunteers scheme called 'Westminster Connects'.

Westminster Connects regularly provide wonderful volunteers to help us with our programmes in Westminster, including Silver Sunday, the Westminster Tea Dance and our Christmas Hampers scheme.
